Some payments we send every month get 'Refused' by PayPal. There are many reasons for this but normally it is because accounts in your country cannot accept payments, only send.
If this happens to you, the best thing to do is to contact PayPal. They will be able to inform you of the exact reason.
Payments that are refused by PayPal are returned to us, it can be instant or it can take around 30 days. As soon as the funds are returned to us, they are placed back in your AdFly account so that next month you can make alternative arrangements and hopefully we will be able to make a successful payment.
